Trust St Patrick Schools are owned and management by the registered trustees of the TSPSs. The school manager leads a highly qualified and experienced management team under the directives and supervision of the registered body of trustees and parents committee. Heads of the schools with their assistants, work independently in supervising all school operations with a close assistance of the heads of departments.

Parents are occasionally consulted through their parents committee whenever needs arise. At least each town, there is one parent committee meeting. Also parents are invited for conferences on discussing individual student’s progress with class teacher during all Friday of the end of each month.
